6. Refund policy is not valid for SALE items. However, SALE items are still eligible for exchange policy (exchange size or exchange article). All shipping cost related to the exchange is born by Customer/Client.
7. Refund & Exchange policy currently is not valid for International Shipping.
8. All refunds will be transferred with a maximum of 2 working days.
9. Maximum number of exchange is 2 (two) times within 30 days since the date of purchase.

FAQ on Refund Policy:
1. You purchase a shirt from HEYTIMMY and the size is too big or too small for your kid.
Answer: You may exchange the size with the same article or exchange the size with a different article (subject to the availability of the product). Otherwise, simply ask for a refund.
Any price difference will be adjusted/paid by both parties. For normal price items, you are to send the product back to HEYTIMMY (you bear the shipping fee) and after the product is received, HEYTIMMY is to send the product back to you (we bear the shipping fee).
However, if the product that you want to exchange is on SALE, all shipping fee (both way) is to born by customer.
2. You purchase a shirt from HEYTIMMY and the quality of the shirt is below your expectation or different from what you saw on the Website.
Answer: You may contact our Sales Support and ask for Refund. You are to send the product back to HEYTIMMY (you bear the shipping fee) and HEYTIMMY will transfer the Refund amount back to you within 2 working days since the returned good have been well received by us..
3. You purchase a shirt from HEYTIMMY and when you receive the product there is a defect on the fabric, or problem with the quality of the sewing, or color fading after your first-time wash.
Answer: You may contact our Sales Support and ask for Refund. You are to send the Shirt back to HEYTIMMY (you bear the shipping fee) and HEYTIMMY will transfer the Refund amount plus the shipping fee back to you.
Any other scenario occur outside from the situation given above will be handled manually case by case. We will do our very best to meet your expectation.
